Our whole school topic for the Spring term is 'Community Explorers' and our focus for this will be about 'Super Structures!'
This means we will be thinking what it is we 'wonder' about different structures in our local area and beyond and their importance in the history and heritage of Wales and other areas of the UK and possible the world!
We can't wait to learn about these amazing installations all around us!
In class, we always start our topic by discussing the topic title and thinking about what it means to us
within the 6 Areas of Learning Experience.
These are:
Literacy, Language & Communication
Numeracy
Humanities
Health & Wellbeing
Expressive Arts
Science & Technology
We made notes of all our ideas and created mind maps.
Mrs Porthouse will then use our ideas to create 'exciting' and 'interesting' lessons
because our ideas are BRILLIANT!
